Puar is a cocky little anthropomorph who tends to have a big mouth (literally and characteristically). She met her desert bandit friend Yamcha in 747 AD. Puar gets worried about Yamcha when he fights as he is weak and dies often. Puar, on the other hand, is much weaker, but dies only once, when Buu turns her into chocolate and eats her. This is a rare site to find that little piece of info. ^_^ Puar likes to nag about money.
When Puar transforms( i think i forgot to mention she could), she can not exceed her own original power, and she can not transform into limited use items like food, drink, or lantern oil). She can transform for a longer time period than the pig Oolong, and she doesnt need to rest between transformations. Puar has always been a better shape-shifter than Oolong, and she is always sure to let him know it! however, she does have some faults in her transformations. She overdoes the points in Goku’s hair, and has her face instead of his.
Puar is not one of the smarter characters, but what she lacks in intelligence, she makes up for in loyalty. Actually...she's REALLY dull.
Yet, with her ..erm..lack of intellect, she is also very sweet, caring, and as said before, loyal.( My note- She's probably 1% intelligence and 99% loyalty.)
Often in the animé show, the cream part of Puar's body is shown as brown, and she is shown as different shades of blue.
Puar differs from other cats in many ways. For example, how many other times have you seen a blue, shape-shifting, flying, 1261 year old cat? Puar can also drive cars and talk.
The serie that Puar is shown in the most happens to be the original DragonBall.
She plays a very minor role in DBZ.

-Puar's FEMALE!! I can prove it. Watch the Usagi-don episode of DB, or read Vol. 2 of the manga. Yamcha goes, "here SHE comes"
-Puar's so..so DULL that she can't tell when she's about to fly straight into a tree or a pretty bulma from an ugly one (Oolong’s transformation). However, she IS smart enough to drive and understand that Bulma likes Yamcha.
-Kushami, with a power level of 4, is stronger than Puar, who has a PL of 3. I forget which saga that's from...^_^;
- Puuaru says she, in the DB episode #6, has been with Yamucha for 2 years, 1 month and 3 days. Which means, in that episode, Puuaru is 9 years old. That’s accurate, because Yamucha would be the same age as Buruma (16). Take the 16, subtract the 9 (Puuaru’s age in episode) , and you get 7 (Puuaru’s age at the time of Yamucha’s meeting with her). There! That proves it!

People pronounce Puar many different ways. It can be said : Purr, Par, Paur, or Puuar, but the CORRECT pronunciation is PWAR, which is also why Puar can also be spelled Pwar. I don’t prefer that spelling, however. Among the other spellings are Pool, Poolu, Poola, and Poolo, and I do believe those *could* be correct, considering the Japanese lack of differientation between “R” and “L”.
